1. Product origination

Working capital and lines of credit are underwritten and funded by MedStream Capital. Term loans, SBA 7(a) loans, and medical-claims factoring are arranged through bank, SBA, and specialist partners. Those products are underwritten, approved, and funded by the partner, not by MedStream Capital, and are subject to that partner's terms. We identify the funding party to you before you sign anything.

2. Compensation

MedStream Capital is compensated through the cost of capital on advances it funds directly, and through referral or placement compensation when a file is placed with a partner. Compensation structure is disclosed on request for any file.

3. Commercial financing disclosures

Where state law requires a standardized commercial financing disclosure — including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Kansas, and Missouri — MedStream Capital provides the required disclosure form at or before the time an offer is extended, in the format that state prescribes.

4. Business purpose only

All financing offered through this site is for commercial and business purposes only. It is not consumer credit and is not subject to the Truth in Lending Act. MedStream Capital does not offer patient financing or any consumer loan product.

5. Illustrative figures

All dollar ranges, benchmarks, cost figures, and estimator outputs on this website are illustrative and drawn from published industry sources and MedStream Capital's own funded-file experience. They are not quotes. Actual terms depend on underwriting.

6. Third-party data

Bank account verification and statement retrieval are performed by Plaid Inc. where an applicant chooses to link an account; MedStream Capital does not see online banking credentials. The soft credit inquiry at application is run through Experian. A hard inquiry, if any, occurs only with separate written consent prior to funding.

7. Benchmark sourcing

Industry benchmarks cited on this site — including days-in-accounts-receivable targets, Medicaid and Medicare claim-payment timing, buildout and equipment cost ranges, SBA 7(a) criteria, practice valuation multiples, and overhead benchmarks — are drawn from published industry and professional-association sources as of October 2026. They describe the industry, not your practice, and they are not a representation about what MedStream Capital will offer you.
