Terms of Use
Site content is informational and is not an offer of credit. Applications are subject to underwriting and approval. These terms include arbitration, governing law, and limitation of liability provisions.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
This website is operated by MedStream Capital and is intended for U.S. business users aged 18 or older acting on behalf of a business. By using the site you accept these terms. The site is not for consumers seeking personal financing and it is not for patients seeking to finance care. MedStream Capital does not offer either product.
2. Not an offer of credit
Nothing on this website is an offer, commitment, or solicitation to extend credit. All figures shown, including estimator outputs and funding ranges, are illustrative. Credit is extended only under a written agreement signed after underwriting. Not all applicants qualify.
3. Accuracy of submitted information
You warrant that information you submit through the site or the application funnel is accurate and complete, including disclosure of every existing loan, advance, or other financing position. A material misstatement or omission is grounds for decline before funding and for acceleration after funding.
4. Estimator disclaimer
The funding estimator on the MedStream Capital home page produces estimates, not quotes. Its outputs do not reflect final pricing, are not an approval, and do not bind MedStream Capital or any partner. Actual pricing is set at underwriting and depends on deposits, time in business, payer mix, and existing obligations. Daily payment figures assume 21 business days per month.
5. Third-party products
Term loans, SBA 7(a) loans, and medical-claims factoring described on this site are arranged through bank, SBA, and specialist partners. Those partners underwrite, approve, fund, and service those products under their own terms, and MedStream Capital is not the lender on them. MedStream Capital identifies the funding party before you sign anything.
6. Intellectual property
The content, layout, compiled tables, and markup of this site are owned by MedStream Capital and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may quote individual figures and short passages with attribution to MedStream Capital. You may not republish a table or a page in substantial part without written permission.
7. Prohibited use
You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, submit applications by automated means, circumvent rate limits or access controls, reverse engineer the application funnel, or use the site to transmit malware or to probe for vulnerabilities.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MedStream Capital does not warrant that benchmark figures drawn from third-party industry sources are accurate for your practice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedStream Capital's aggregate liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). MedStream Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedStream Capital and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your submission of inaccurate information.
10. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. Claims must be brought individually. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Small-claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction instead of arbitration.
Opt-out. You may reject this arbitration provision by writing to MedStream Capital, 9719 S Dixie Hwy #8, Miami, FL 33156 within 30 days of first using the site. An opt-out does not affect the rest of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 10, venue for any action lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Severability, assignment, entire agreement, changes, contact
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. You may not assign these terms; MedStream Capital may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms, and the Disclosures, are the entire agreement regarding use of this site. We may change these terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Contact: MedStream Capital, 9719 S Dixie Hwy #8, Miami, FL 33156, (888) 896-5559.
Figures here are illustrative.
An offer comes from underwriting, in writing, after we have read four months of your bank statements.
