The files we want
Established practices with damaged personal credit and strong deposits. Dental and medical acquisitions where the seller's timeline is shorter than the SBA bank's. Home-health agencies with payroll exposure against a Medicaid cycle. Veterinary and med-spa files that got declined for being "healthcare" by a generalist desk. Practices with one disclosed position that need a sensible consolidation. Files $75,000 and up — in-house to $2,000,000.
The files we decline
Undisclosed positions. Pre-revenue startups. Practices under 6 months. Sub-$15,000 monthly deposits. Anything requiring us to touch patient records. Consumer medical lending — we do not finance patients, only practices.
How submission works
Four steps. No submission inbox.
Submit the file
Business legal name, EIN, months in business, average monthly deposits, amount requested, and 4 months of business bank statements.
A dedicated underwriter reads it
Same business day on complete files in before 2:00 p.m. ET. You get a named person, not a shared queue.
Offer terms come back to you
Amount, term, and payment. You see the commission estimate at the same time your merchant sees the offer.
Funded, then paid
Funds wire within 24 hours of signing. Your commission pays within 24 hours of funding, 10% to 15% of the funded amount.
The partner portal
Portal access shows you deal status, offer terms, and your commission estimate and ledger on every file you send. It updates as the file moves, so you do not have to call for a status.
Lender identity and internal underwriting grades are not shown in the partner portal. That is deliberate and it is the same boundary we hold everywhere: brokers see status, terms, and commission; they do not see which desk funded a file or what we graded it. We would rather say that here than have you find it out in the portal.
Commission, stated plainly
10% to 15% of the funded amount, paid within 24 hours of funding, with a lifetime residual on every renewal of a file you sent. No exclusivity is required. Submissions run $25,000 to $2,000,000 on MedStream Capital's in-house products and up to $5,000,000 with partner banks and specialists.
