Underwritten in-house by MedStream Capital
A line of credit sized to your deposits, not your credit score.
MedStream Capital underwrites revolving lines of $25,000 to $500,000 in-house. Draw what you need, pay for what you draw, and the line resets as you repay. No minimum credit score. Approved the same business day; draws settle the next business day. There is no fee to keep the line open and unused.

Why a practice wants a line and not an advance
Practice revenue is not flat. A veterinary hospital's spring vaccine season and a dental office's year-end benefit rush both pull demand into eight weeks. A pediatric practice runs its heaviest volume from September through February. A med spa runs its heaviest from October through December. The cash need is recurring and short, not one large lump — and paying 12 months of cost on money you need for seven weeks is the most common avoidable mistake in practice finance. A MedStream Capital line of credit charges you only for the weeks you are out.
A worked example, in dollars
A $200,000 line, drawn $60,000 in March for an inventory pre-buy and repaid by May, costs you the two months. The other $140,000 and the other ten months cost nothing. The same $60,000 taken as a 12-month advance would carry ten months of cost you did not need.
How the line is sized
MedStream Capital sizes a line against deposits, not against a credit score. The working rule is one to one-and-a-half months of average deposits, capped at $500,000. A practice depositing $140,000 a month typically sees a line of $140,000 to $200,000. Minimum monthly revenue for this product is $20,000 in deposits, against $15,000 on working capital.
Line vs. advance, in one line each
- Line: recurring, short, seasonal. Pay for the weeks you are out.
- Advance: one lump, one purpose, known term.
- Both: no FICO minimum, soft pull, same-day decision.
Limit $25,000 to $500,000. Draws settle next business day. No unused-line fee, ever.

Who actually gets funded. Practices with at least 6 months of operating history and $15,000 a month in deposits. In-house advances run $25,000 to $2,000,000. Practices under 24 months old are funded, but typically at $25,000 to $75,000.
Different criteria apply to SBA loans, term loans, and medical-claims factoring. Those are arranged through our bank and specialist partners and carry their own underwriting. SBA 7(a) through our partners generally requires a 680+ personal FICO, a 1.25× debt-service coverage ratio, three years of tax returns, and a 10% equity injection. Those thresholds are the partner bank's, not ours.

FAQ
Lines of credit, answered.
Is there a fee for not using a MedStream Capital line of credit?
No. There is no unused-line fee. A MedStream Capital line of credit costs $0 to keep open and undrawn; you pay only for what you draw, for the weeks you are out.
How fast is a draw on the line?
Draws settle the next business day. The line itself is approved the same business day on complete files received before 2:00 p.m. ET, and after that each draw is a request, not a new application.
Can I have a line of credit and a working capital advance at the same time?
Sometimes, if everything is disclosed. MedStream Capital does not fund over an undisclosed position. Where total debt service fits what your deposits support, a line alongside an advance is workable; where it does not, we will say so and decline rather than stack.
Does opening a line of credit hit my personal credit?
No. MedStream Capital runs a soft pull at application on a line of credit. It does not affect your personal credit score. There is no minimum FICO on this product.
